Information You Submit
Terms Entered in Search
When you enter a name, place, or other term in a search tool, that query is sent to the third-party company that operates the search. Richland Parish Recent Arrests does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s handling of the query is governed by its own privacy terms.
Emails and Contact Messages
If you email us or use a contact form, we retain the message and the contact details you supply so we can review and answer it. We do not disclose those messages outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law or a valid legal process.

Sites Reached Through Links
Links may lead to the Richland Parish Sheriff’s Office inmate roster, LAVINE or VINELink, court resources, Louisiana corrections pages, government portals, local reporting, and outside search services. After you follow one of those links, the destination’s privacy policy controls its collection and use of information.
Some advertising companies may use their own technology to recognize activity across different websites and select interest-based ads. That tracking takes place on the advertising company’s systems, not on systems operated by Richland Parish Recent Arrests.
